She was predeceased by: her parents, Othon Hernandez and Tomasa Galvan; her stepfather Eulalio Galvan; her husband Raymond Cervantez; and her siblings, George Sierra, Juanita Romero, Rafaela Gomez, Patricia Garza, Lucille Garcia, Mary Terronez and Paulina Sandoval.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pedro Hernandez of Hermitage, TN, Rosemary Hernandez of Chicago, IL and Raymond Hernandez of Algonquin, IL; her children, Greg Cervantez of Galesburg, Jeffrey Cervantez of Galesburg and Becky Gilbert (Jim) of Aurora, IL; and her granddaughter Alexandra Gilbert of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
