He is survived by: his children, John W. Bartley, Jr. (Robyn) of Illinois and Marianne Theiss (Terry) of Strattanville; and his grandchildren, Tonya Matthews of Illinois, Joshua Bartley of Virginia, Matthew Bartley of South Carolina, Michelle Lander of Clarion and Courtney Baker of Tennessee.
