He is survived by: his wife Nikki Standard; his children, John Michael Campbell of Oquawka, Illinois and Angela Eagle (Tim) of Knoxville, Illinois; his sister Carol McGrew (Doug) of Scottsdale, Arizona; his grandchildren, Trevor Campbell (Melissa) of Savannah, Breanna Campbell of Gladstone, Emma Campbell of Carman and Elijah Campbell of Carman; and his great grandchild Anikyn Banks.
