He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Rosenberg and Roxane Miller; his great-grandparents, Robert Lindberg Sr., Margret Cass and James Cass; and his uncle Bob Lindberg Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Arin Miller and Phillip Smith; his siblings, Kadyn Smith, Owen Smith and Alexia Miller of Galesburg; his grandparents, Tammy Rosenberg of Galesburg and Jerry Smith of Galesburg; and his cousins, Cassidy Smith, John Patch, Crystal Smith, Joseph Miller and Arica Miller.
