He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hollingsworth and Alice Hollingsworth (Parsons); his grandparents, Carl, Mamie Hollingsworth, Virgil and Maude Magnuson; and his sister Jane Phillips.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Morris (Ron) of Galesburg, Jeanie Wilson (late Rick) of Carterville and Joni Kroeger (Bob) of Centralia. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
