She was predeceased by: her father Hank Eldon Beaty; and her grandparents, Charles K. Eaves, Harold and Patricia Beaty. She is survived by: her mother Tammy Sue Eaves of Galesburg; her children, LaM'ya JaNah Summerville, Jerry Nial Summerville of Galesburg and Willie "Boogie" David Lawal of Knoxville, Illinois; her fiancé Dustin Richardson of Galesburg; her grandmother Lynda Eaves of Galesburg; and her brother Robert A. Fensterer of East Peoria. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
