He was predeceased by: his parents, Dionesio Fernando and Eusebia Fernando; and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pamatin of Galesburg; his children, Ryan Fernando of Kirksville, Dan Fernando (Reagan Mudd) of Indianapolis and Adrianne Fernando of Galesburg; and his siblings, Arthur, Celso, Dina, Nolie, Grace, Irish and Jerome.
