He is survived by: his children, Mark Sage (Becky) of Rantoul, David Sage (Jim) of Bronxville and Terri Sage (Jim) of Monmouth, Illinois; his stepsons, Todd Caulkins (Kari) of Peoria and Bruce Caulkins (Reggie) of Tucson, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Carl Sage (Mary), Amber Johnson-Garcia and Elizabeth Johnson-Lee (Brian).
