He is survived by: his wife Judy Bradford; his daughters, Elizabeth Crouch (Gary Mark) of Galesburg, IL. and Dianne Budde (Mike) of Galesburg, IL.; his grandchildren, Jacob Crouch (Valerie Franklin) of West Burlington, IA, Rachel Crouch-Almeida (Fabricio), Grace Crouch of Galesburg, IL., Dylan Perry, Zack, Amelia (Jeff), J. T. Rogers of Dallas, TX, Marie Budde and Veronica; his great grandchildren, Keira, Nia Aloba, Livia, Natalia and Carlos Crouch-Almeida; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ayden and Jayce Franklin; and his caregivers, Diana Smith, Carrie Leath, Penny Simpson and Sara Carrasquel.
