He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Everett and Nellie Lester (Kennedy); his wife Laura Jean Harvey of Galesburg; his children, Cassandra Rose (Stephen) of Fernley, Michael Lester of Elgin and Bobby Harris (Andrea) of Greenville, Texas; his grandchildren, Malachi, Gabriel, Elijah, Oliver Rose, Caitlin and Luke Harris; his siblings, John Lester (Barb) of Davenport, Iowa, Sharon Apsey (Steve) of Galesburg, Mary Zielke of East Moline, Patsy Tucker (Gary) of Muscatine and Gerry Harris (Tim) of St. Marys, Georgia; his sister-in-law Lisa Harvey of New Orleans, Louisiana.; and his siblings, Tony and Teresa Bird.
