He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Poplett and Judith Poplett; and his brothers, David Poplett and Ronald Quinn Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Bolon Poplett; his children, Fylisha Kruse (Justin) of Las Vegas, Stephanie Brunning (Jacob) of Comanche, Iowa, Cory Meador of Bettendorf and Christopher Meador of Albion, Michigan; his grandchildren, Brody and Paisley Brunning; and his sisters, Ronda Spicher (Ron) of Galesburg, Lisa Munson (Dave) of Galesburg and Vicky Neal of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
