Downin; her children, Michael Heimer (Carrie) of Bakersfield, CA, David Heimer (Jessica) of Colchester, Illinois and Rebecca Heimer of Galesburg; her stepsons, Nicholas Downin (Jennee) of Galesburg and J. T. Downin (Kara) of Galesburg; and her grandchildren, Heath Gibbons, Jr., Channing Gibbons, Reegan Heimer, Noah Downin, Elliot Downin, Olivia Downin, Joshua Downin, Jakob Downin, Conner Downin and Kelsie Downin.
Memorial contributions may be made in Cinda's memory to the Peoria Affiliate Clinic-St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
