He is survived by: his mother Joyce S. Embry Hendrix of Jacksonville, Illinois; his wife Geri Reed; his children, Calibos Hendrix of Moorhead and Setira Hendrix of Galesburg; his brothers, Lannie Overton (Judy) of Elizabethtown and Chuck Overton (Renee) of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Hallie Jane and Islah Hendrix.
