She is survived by: her parents, Deborah Louise Hendricks (Sottos) of Galesburg and John Hendricks of Galesburg; her sister Tammy Johnson (Darin) of Galesburg; her nieces, Brianna Martin (Andrew) of Terre Haute and Brittany German (Kadin Spencer) of Galesburg; her pets, Gordan, Charlie Brown, Tinley, Gillian, Taytum, Callie, Kylie, Wrigley and Raven; and her close friend Rita Hier of Galesburg.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Knox County Humane Society or a charity of donor's choice.
