She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Hodges and Shirley Hodges (Edson). She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Mellentin (C. L. Malcolm) of Knoxville, Brandy Newborn (J. D. Demoss) of Galesburg and Brooklyn Newborn (William Wirebaugh) of Galesburg, Illinois; her grandchildren, Nicole Mellentin, Kimberly Mellentin, Jason Curtis, Zoey Demoss, Roselyn Porter and Rowen Porter; and her siblings, Barbara Cummings of Florida and William Swank (Angel) of Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home - Knoxville (120 N Public Square, Knoxville, IL 61448). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
