With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Buddy J. Frakes of Galesburg, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Frakes and Mary Frakes (Shinnenberger); and his in-laws, Ray and Joann Gioannini. He is survived by: his wife Anita Gioannini; his children, Amy Frakes of Indianapolis, Indiana and Randy Frakes (Kathryn) of Burlington, Iowa; and his granddaughters, Joanna and Alexandra Frakes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In honor of Buddy's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Knox County Humane Society or the Immaculate Conception School Scholarship Fund.
