He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Eileen Hardister (Shepherd); and his wife Peggy Benson. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Varner (Lucky) of Wataga, Cathy West of Galesburg and Terri Bowers (George) of Dover, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sward, Braden Rose (Cindy) and Casey Mitchell (Ramont); and his great grandchildren, Milo Morrow, III, Alexia Sward, Samuel Morin, Jr., Koby Mitchell, Ramont Mitchell, Jr., Racey Mitchell, Jay'ceon Mitchell, Jameson Rose and Carter Rose.
