She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard B. Hoover and Della Hoover (Foreman); her significant other Carol J. Forster; and her close friend Carol Forster. She is survived by: her former husband Arthur P. Kremer; her son Jeff Kremer (Sherri) of Galesburg; her partner's children, Dean Forster of Tucson and Jennifer McMillan of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; her brother Joe Buchanan of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Alissa Kremer (Kyle Bucsa), Will Forster and Tori Forster.

Memorials may be made to the Knox County Humane Society.
