She was predeceased by: her fathers, Everett L. Nelson and Luva Nelson (Bair); her husband Eugene H. Montgomery; her son Theodore Montgomery; and her siblings, Bud Nelson, Donna Briggs and Arlene Pitman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Montgomery of Galesburg and Melissa L. Montgomery of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Matthew, Shawn, Jason, Austin, Ryan Montgomery and Amber Fones (Brad); and her siblings, Terry Nelson (Corrina) of Galesburg, JoAnn Folger of Galesburg and Lisa Ziegenhorn (Dennis) of Eureka, Illinois. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church or to the family to install a permanent memorial at Lake Storey.
