He was predeceased by: his parents, Martina Slaughter and Frank Slaughter; and his daughter Christy Musson. He is survived by: his wife Terri Eaton; his sisters, Dr. Martina Slaughter and Leslye Miller; and his children, Tracy Trelstad, Wendy Slaughter and Jeffrey. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
