He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Turner and Helen Turner (Pascoe); his siblings, Janet, Richard "Dick" and John "Jack" Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hahn, Nancy Meneguin, Patsy Streight, Maurice Hahn, Robert Meneguin, David Thoeni, Floyd Morales, Glen Helms and Charlie White.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Green; his children, Colleen Gross (Kevin) of Minneapolis, Theresa Fox (Scott) of San Diego and Kevin Turner (Julie) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Madison, Colton Fox, Celia and Brock Turner; his sisters, JoAnn Helms and Jean Morales White; his siblings-in-law, Roberta Turner, Joann Turner, Sandra Thoeni and David Streight; and his cousins, Betty Oetting (Arlyn) and Shirley Bashaw (George). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
