She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Chetlain and Blanche Smith (Tresidder); her sister Betty Huckins; her parents-in-law, Bob, Rita Hahn, Maurie and Joyce Hahn; her grandson Jesse Wienen; and her great grandchild Wyatt Kieler.
She is survived by: her husband David Hahn; her children, Davey Hahn (Kara), Lynn Berning (Tim) and Toni Wienen (Chuckie); her grandchildren, Dusty Berning (Beth), Jenny Hawthorne (Johnathan), Kimberly Pearce (Adam), Hilary Naab (Andy), Chad Berning (Jenny), Jacob Hahn, Stacy Kieler (Nick), Jeremy Wienen (April), Kyle (Emily) and Kieffer Helbing; her pet Knox; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Reed, Colin, Betsy Berning, Johnathan, Jaliyah, Jalyssa Hawthorne, Bryce, Mason Pearce, Logan, Mallorie, Paislee Wienen, Maddy, Josef Naab, Caleb Hahn, Bryn Kieler, Kadyn and Emerson Helbing; and her brother Howard Lynn Smith.
Memorials may be given to The Workshop and Midwest Medical Center in memory of Shirley.
