He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto B Gradl and Margaret Gradl (McNicholas); his wife Shirley M. Brown; his children, Bonnie Swedler (John) of Galena, Dan Gradl (Joyce) of Carmel, IN and Valerie Williams of Homewood, IL; and his grandchildren, Steven Swedler (Tori) of Peoria, AZ, Dan Gradl II (Shanna) of Fishers, IN, Matthew Tracy (Stephanie) of Santa Maria, CA, John Williams (Andrea) of Homewood, IL, Bob G. Williams of Homewood, IL and Mary Williams of Homewood, IL. He was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
