He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Holsten and Catherine Holsten. He is survived by: his sister Sue Maly (Jerome) of Darien, IL; his nephew Christopher Maly (Taylor) of Lemont, IL; and his great-nephew Maddox Maly.
