As we bid Pamela farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Pamela is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Savilla Pelton and Delmer Pelton; and her husband Simon Louis Bernstein. She is survived by: her cousin Emmie Lou Tucker; her sister-in-law Joan Krawitz; her nieces, Renee Kosiarek (Michael) and Swamini Saraswati; and her pets, Bitsy and Daisy.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Desoto Hotel (230 S Main St, Galena, IL 61036).
Donations in her name may be made to the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) or the Galena Food Pantry.
