She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale "Chip" and Mona Chapman (Mooney). She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Geno"; her sons, Nathan (Michelle) and Joshua Sproule (Danielle); and her siblings, Rick Chapman (Mary) of Galena, Steve Chapman of Dubuque, Rod Chapman (Debbie) of Oak Creek, WI, Kevin Chapman (Julie) of Dubuque, Paul Chapman of De Pere, WI, Brigid "Bea" Ellerbach (Kenneth) of Epworth, IA, Cara Middendorf (Roger) of East Dubuque and Kristen Chapman of East Dubuque. She is also survived by seven nieces, ten nephews, twelve great-nieces, and 13 great-nephews.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena. Masks and social distancing will be required.
