She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick J. Wemlinger and Rose Wemlinger; her husband John D. Cooke III; her aunt Margarette Hill; her brother-in-law William Garth Sr.; her nephew Michael Wemlinger; her stepson James Cooke; and her stepdaughter-in-law Robin (John Cooke IV).
She is survived by: her siblings, Fredric Wemlinger (Cathie) and Rosemarie Garth; her nephews, William Garth (Wendy), Steve Garth (Gina) and Jeff Garth; her niece Sue Wemlinger Coffman (Scott); her great-nephew Nick Garth; her great-nieces, Alexa Garth and Alyssa Garth; and her stepsons, John Cooke IV and Paul Cooke (Sue). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to the Galena Historical Society or the Hope Foundation.
