It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Ann White of Galena, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell White and Mildred White (Wickler); her brothers, Tom, Terry and Jerry; her nephews, Brian, Tylor, Patrick and Rusty; her siblings-in-law, Wayne Van Gordon, Sandy and Judy; her close friend Richard Burlingame; and her pets, BJ and Sammy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clint White (Elaine) of Galena, IL and Linda Van Gordon of Dubuque, IA; her sister-in-law Dawn "Cookie" White; her close friends, Alfred "Joe" Fessler and Mark Dahl; and her pets, Callie and Peony.
In the early 80's, she started working for the Historic Galena Foundation, where she grew her knowledge of antiques.
