We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, Kathleen A. Deutsch of Galena, Illinois, born in Elizabeth, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Keleher and Emma Keleher (Nolan); her husband Joseph A. Deutsch; her sons, James, Gregory and Stephen Deutsch; and her siblings, Mary Holland, John, Clarence and Emmett Keleher.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Knuckey (George), Robert Deutsch, Kenneth Deutsch (Debora), Lorraine Babbini (Bruce), Theodore Deutsch, Joan Theuer (Mark) and Thomas Deutsch (Krista); her grandchildren, James Deutsch, Curt Deutsch, Phillip Knuckey, Bruce Deutsch, Mathew Knuckey, Lee Deutsch, Jason Knuckey, Jared Deutsch, Jenne Lewis, Ashley Deutsch, Nathan Theuer, Ryan Knuckey, Andrew Knuckey, Anthony Deutsch, Anna Beswick, Nicole Karwatka, Joseph Babbini, Jacob Deutsch, Hayden Deutsch, Nicholas Theuer, Emma Deutsch, Alexandra Theuer and Layla Deutsch; and her siblings, Regina Alber, Charlene Schiltz, Vernon, Marlin and Kenneth Keleher. She is also survived by twenty-eight great-grandchildren.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral mass will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Galena with internment at St. Mathew's Cemetery, Shullsburg, WI.
