He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William and Mary Osmanski (Gavin); and his sister Mary Ferlic. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Weber of Galena; his children, John Osmanski (Sarah) of Galena, Krista Casper (Chad) of Galena, Amy McCoy (Nate) of Galena and Angie Osmanski (Agustin) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Mya, Cora, Maddie McCoy, Alexia and Gavin Casper; and his siblings, Katie Osmanski of Chicago, Bill Osmanski (Karen) of Des Plaines, IL, Steve Osmanski of Milwaukee, WI and Bob Osmanski (Lori) of Chicago. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
