He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Sr. Eisbach and Lois Saima Eisbach (Keskitalo); his brother Richard Eisbach of Galena; and his brother-in-law Robert Karberg of Scottsdale, AZ.. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Kay Karberg of Galena, IL; his children, Christina (David Rury) of Galena, IL, Heather Miller (Bill) of Prescott, AZ., Adam Eisbach (Nicky) of East Dubuque, IL and Sarah Hansen (Jason) of Pulaski, WI.; his grandchildren, Sydney, Samantha Rury, Alexander, Isabella, Lilly Eisbach, Cora and Henry Hansen; his brother Dave Eisbach (Liyuza); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Karberg of Phoenix, AZ, Lyn Karberg of Scottsdale, AZ and Geraldine Eisbach of Galena. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his name to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Teresa of Calcutta Conference, or the Galena Parishes.
