She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pope and Marieta Pope (Smart); and her brother-in-law William C. Wilmarth. She is survived by: her husband Keith Hesselbacher; her children, Sarah and Eric (Nikki); her grandchildren, TJ, Sam, Gwen, Augie, Sadie, Elodie and Archie; her sister Donna Wilmarth; her nephew David (Heidi); her sister-in-law Sharon Phillips; her nieces, Joellyn (Don) and Vicki; her great-nephews, Ben, Aidan and Evon; and her great-niece Eden.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Hills Lutheran Church (536 E Schapville Rd, Scales Mound, IL 61075). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
