We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2024, Jean A. Harris of Galena, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jean farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jean is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Harris and Bernice Harris (Holland); her brothers, Floyd and Ronald; and her niece Jennifer.
She is survived by: her brother Charles "Duke" Harris; her sister-in-law Susan Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Chuck Harris, Mike Harris (Sonja), Paul Harris, Jodi Schoenhardt (Jon) and Cari Hulscher (Dan). She is also survived by several great-nieces, and nephews and one great-great niece.
