He is survived by: his father Doug Folks (Bonnie); his daughter MadyLynn; his brother Tracy Folks (Kim); his nieces, Emilly and Katrina; his nephew Gregory; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Hebert (Charlotte), Tyler Switzer, Cherree Sites, Jodi Switzer (Keith Invergo) and Rhonda Switzer.
