He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Krohmer and Lazetta Krohmer (Smith); his grandson Timothy E. Greene; and his sisters, Doris Krohmer and Nancy Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Reynolds (Greg) of Bennett, IA, Theresa Greene (Scott) of Galena and Justin Krohmer of Galena; his grandchildren, Brandy Faber and Matt Greene; his great grandchild Timothy Greene; and his sisters, Karen Arand (Arthur) and Helen Trost.
He was a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
