She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zeal and Margaret Zeal; her husband Edgar F. Hasken; her sons, Ronald and Rick; her siblings, Dale Zeal (Florence), Jane Tippet (Leslie), Rose Simmons (Ralph) and Joanne Fangman (Tom); and her brother-in-law Ray Merschat.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Hasken, Janice Harris and Jackie Werner (Chuck); her daughters-in-law, Butchie Hasken and Roxann Hasken; her grandchildren, Patrice Kuhn (Brian), Paul Hasken (Kelli), Scott Hasken (Carrie), Cassie VanWaardenburg (Kevin), Joshua Harris (Jennifer), Kelly Scheuerell (Lon), Jeff Hasken (Shaina Effinger), Lindsey Hasken, Brendan Werner (Autumn) and Macalister Werner; and her sister Sally Merschat. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Dubuque and to the Glioblastoma Research Organization.
