He is survived by: his wife Connie Copeland; his sons, Nathan (Michelle) and Joshua Sproule (Danielle); his stepchildren, Nathan Simmons (Paige), Cody Allendorf and Emily Simmons (Noah); his siblings-in-law, Rick Chapman (Mary) of Galena, Rod Chapman (Debbie) of Oak Creek, WI, Kevin Chapman (Julie) of Dubuque, Paul Chapman of De Pere, WI, Brigid "Bea" Ellerbach (Kenneth) of Dubuque, Cara Middendorf (Roger) of East Dubuque, Kristen Chapman of East Dubuque, Lynn Bautsch (Jeff) of Galena, Nikki Dieter (Scott Schemehorn) of Galena and Brenda Beschen (Dean) of East Dubuque; and his father-in-law Wayne Copeland (MaryJo) of Galena. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six step-grandchildren.
