He is survived by: his former spouse Luette K. Schultz; his wife Carol Jean Gorsuch; and his children, Bjarne Moberg (Karen) of Pueblo, CO, Kathy Sheets (Scott) of Fort Pierce, FL, Jason Fouts (Liz) of Huntley, IL and Justin Fouts (Daisy) of Boiling Springs, SC..
