He is survived by: his wife Dianne Bastian; his children, Renee Montgomery (Brian), Teri Curtis (Jeff) and Brian Phillips (Pam); his grandchildren, Samantha Lange (Casey), Jordan Gebauer (Stefan), Dalton Montgomery, Cody Johnson (Breanne), Kyle Johnson (Jodie), Ryan Bussan, Nicolas Bussan, Haleigh Curtis and David Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Ava, Mason Lange, Tesla Gebauer and Ella Johnson; his sister Wendy Greene; his mother-in-law Jane Bastian; and his sister-in-law Lisa Bastian (DJ).
