He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Berlage of Galena and Deb Manders (Bob) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his nephew Andy Berlage; his nieces, Katharine, Sarah and Emily Manders; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, and cousins.
