Betty Jane Schetgen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Schetgen (Galena, Illinois), who passed away on December 1, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Smith and Florence Smith (DuBord); her step-father, Joseph Looney; her grandson Tyler Watson; her siblings, Frank Molitor, Florence "Dolly" Heinle (Molitor), Richard "Dick" Molitor, Jean Hess (Molitor) and Tom Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Lawrence Molitor, Jason Smith, Kathy Hess-Kolopka, Karen Hess and Angella Frazer.
She is survived by : her children, Julie High (Jerry), Brian Schetgen and Joel Watson; her grandchildren, Erica Buchanan, Cory Watson, Alicia Schetgen and Lucas Noble; and her siblings, David Molitor (Cookie), Larry Molitor (Joyce) and Sally Frazer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life and private family interment will be held at a later date.
