He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph (Florence), Howard (Lillian), Dorance, Sr., Betty SSpS, Sr., Daniel, Dr. Nathaniel, Roger, Madonna and Eugene Jahn.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Berlage; his great grandchildren, Ted (Sheila) of West Bend, WI, Ethan (Rachel), Ezra, Tess (Charlie), Thea and Eli; his grandchildren, Timothy of Galena, Dr. Patrick of St. Joseph, IL, Tate, Anna, Luke, Gage, Rose, Tricia of Galena, Dr. Dean (Christine) of Madrid, IA and Elizabeth; his siblings, Richard and Margaret, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia, Bonnie Tranel, Larry, Kay, Carol, Marilyn Berlage, Herbert (Arlene), Maurice, Kenneth and James (Sue). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church in Galena; Catholic Relief Services; St. Jude's Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
