With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Bruser of Galena, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Ketchum and Helen Ketchum (Hane); her husband Herbert Bruser; and her brother Arthur. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Bruser (Tom Saccomanno).
In memory of Barb, the family asks for donations to Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation or Safe Haven Humane Society, both of Elizabeth, IL, in her memory.
