She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Guthneck and Catherine Guthneck (Foley); her husband Philip W. Bussan; and her siblings, Mary Haas, Catherine Wolff, Winnie Puckett, Lois Stallsmith, Isidore and Jerry Guthneck.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Bussan (Mary) of East Dubuque, Diann Binninger (John) of East Dubuque, Tom Bussan (Nancy) of Mt. Prospect, Don Bussan (Ellen) of Galena, Bob Bussan of Galena, Mary Kay Basten (Sonny) of Galena, Philip Bussan of Galena and Shirley Earl (John) of Unadilla, NY.. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private family mass will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Galena.
