He is survived by: his father Duane Trebian; his wife Tammy L. Bolton; his son Harley; his siblings, Rose, Carol, Bernard, Dennis and Helene; and his in-laws, Thomas and Patricia Bolton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
