It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Sue Patterson of Galatia, Illinois, born in Raleigh, Illinois, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roy Stevens; her husband Ivan Patterson; and her siblings, Leroy Stevens and Billielou Hankins. She is survived by: her children, Steve Patterson (Susan) of Galatia and Iva Patton (Randy) of Harrisburg; and her grandchildren, Justina Nevitt (Barry), Steven Patterson (Amanda), Keith Patterson, Rebecca Patterson (Eddie), Tyler Patterson, Dylan Patterson (Kelly), Jordan Goolsby, Brooke Lunt (Sean), Jerret Roper (Kellie) and Jayden Roper (Alayna). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
