He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harrawood and Nellie Harrawood (Shelton); his wife Lillian "Beryl" Cummins; his daughter Marilyn Payne; and his siblings, Bob Harrawood, Etsel Harrawood, Ronnie Harrawood, June Fulkerson, Jane Martin and Virginia Harrawood.
He is survived by: his sons, David Harrawood (Debra) of Galatia and Stan Harrawood (Reeba) of Galatia; his sister Betty Pool of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Kim Jenkins (Mitchell), Susan Mosby (Clint), Jeff Payne (Candida), Scott Payne, Mark Payne (Dawn), Matt Harrawood, Amy Bean (Chris), Dana Oglesby (Kyle), Josh Harrawood (Michaela) and Jacob Harrawood (Jasmine). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
