He is survived by: his nieces, Martha Ethelina Williams of Mustang, Oklahoma, Sally Lucile Callahan (Larry) of Mustang, Oklahoma, Susan Devlin of Dallas, Texas and Emily Racliff of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his nephew Joe Weinstock of Calabasas, California; and his cousins, Joe Skaggs of Norris City, Illinois, Carolyn Sue Stobart of Danville, Illinois, Thomas Sherman Reynolds Skaggs II of Mahomet, Illinois, John Francis Stobart of Joliet, Illinois, Jerome Donley Skaggs (Jerry) of Richmond, Virginia, William Brock Skaggs of Venice, Florida, Frank Skaggs Stobart of St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Charles Earl Seten II of South Carolina and Mary Beth Seten of Graves Lake, Illinois.
