He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer E. Jacobs and Learose Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Jacobs; his children, Tracy L. York (Matthew) and Ryan M. Jacobs (Krista); his grandchildren, Makenna and Natalie York; his sisters, Ann McGuire (Larry) and Lois Jacobs; his brothers-in-law, Wilmer Hoffmann (Edna Sue), Dale Hoffmann and Dean Hoffmann; his mother-in-law Marilyn Hoffmann; his niece Teri Becker (Collin); his nephew Jeremy Hoffmann (Julie); and his great-nephews, Dustin and Lukas Becker. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; and cousins.
