Burgess of Fults, Illinois, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burgess and Helen Marie Barron; and his sisters, Betty Dillon and Janice Russelburg. He is survived by: his wife Stella J. Burgess; his children, Concetta "Jetta" Burgess and Shawn Burgess (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Samantha, Brett Burgess, Amelia, Charlotte and Wyatt Woodcock; his great grandchild Hayden Doerhoff; his siblings, Carolyn Dunevant and Larry Burgess (Nita); and also Heather Woodcock (Mike). He is also survived by sister-in-law; brother-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
